Not 30 Below Zero

Post by 69Ford »

Its raining where I am. Usuallly it is below zero this time of year and never see rain Global warming. Twice in my lifetime I seen -40 here been many years since then. I do remember when we thought 0 degrees was a heat wave this time of
year. Northern Minnesota

I would love to see Northern Minnesota on a snowmobile someday...with about five layers of clothing on!
Raining here for three days now-I'm pretty tired of my hibernation this year!
Must seek sunshine....

Sunny with a high of around 67*F and a low of around 43*F ABOVE zero here today. Beautiful weather, but the previous foul weather and the flu put a damper on my fun.

I don't think I'd survive long up there before freezing to death. I'm too warm blooded:)

My aunt lives in Idaho and i have asked many times why anyone would want to live in those temperatures ice & snow. She always says because its home. I am guessing you would get the same answer from those that live in tornado alley. The only feasible reason i can see to live in conditions with temperatures that cold would be the lack of insects to aggravate you.

When I start thinking it is cold here in Tehama County, I call and talk to my oldest Daughter who lives in Fairbanks Ak and all of a sudden I feel warm :D
