My sister in law, a nurse of twenty six years, sent me these yesterday. I thought they matched this thread.

Today I received a check from my insurance company for a $85.00 refund on a vehicle I sold. In another piece of mail I received a bill for a $75.00 payment on another item. I signed the back of the refund check & took it and the bill to my insurance agents office. I handed the young clerk the signed check & the bill. She acted like she didn't know what to do & called my agent out of his office to ask for direction. She showed him what I had given her with a blank stare. He told her to give me $10.00 change & everything would be good. She reluctantly handed me $10.00. I can't for the life of me understand what was so hard about this transaction. It makes me want to, no it wouldn't be politically correct to say what it makes me want to do.Have A Great Ford Day!

I bet if they didn't have a 10 dollar bill she would't have.

You guys rule! I love hearing what you gentlemen have to say! I don't want to offend anyone but I am assuming you are all older, I am 42 soon to be 43. I like to think I have a good mechanical ability and over the years I have learned a ton from just listening to older guys talk. I have to agree with everything you guys are saying! Preach on!!! If only more people would wake up and see the problems. And for the record everyone's input to all the forums is greatly appreciated, so Thank You! :fr:
