72 f100 got rear ended saturday night

Post by hedz »

I was transporting my empty aquarium to a friends house. I had a huge snake that i had kept for a long time and decided not to keep it anymore. So after i donated the snake a friend helped me load up the aquarium saturday night to deliver to a friends house to let him use it. I was on highway 280 at the valleydale intersection going south. a crackwhore rearended my truck going about 50mph. My friend has alot of head trauma accidents and had to take a year off of work to recover from a recent injury. He hit his head on the rear glass from the impact about twice as hard as i did. I had my knit cap on which softened the blow a little bit. So we pull over at the cvs there on the corner with our heads ringing. The crackwhore is wasted driving with no insurance and may or may not have owned the car. I started writing down her information while she was begging us to kill her. Then i got to the expiration part and started flipping my ****. My friend is stumbling all over the place and told me to rush him to my friends house so he could lay down. He hates cops. So do I. So I didn't call any or file a police report. I assessed the damage. The orginal Texas stamped steel bumper got a few dings and was shoved way up underneath the car. The tail gate and the corner of the truck bed got damaged along with a driver reflector. All in all it wasn't too bad. Her car, a 1999 toyota 4 runner sr5 was in much worse shape. My trailer hitch which i left on  punctured a huge hole through her radiator and her hood and both her front fenders were messed up and her grill and head lights were trashed. I tried to call her a cab and she lied about having a way to pay for it. I got her to tell me where she was staying, which was a hotel. She was in no position to drive and was going to kill someone if she got back in the car. My friend who injured his head is a attorney and he picked over the damage with his camera phone with a fine tooth comb and also picked the ladies brain with plenty of questions although the poor guy couldn't see straight. So I carried my friend to the truck and we hauled butt out of there while i called the cops and gave them all of her info and the hotel she was staying at. They picked her up from what i read on the internet. That hobag got what was coming to her.

On Sunday I pulled my rear bumper off, straightened one bent bracket with a torch and a massive plumbing wrench. Used the same wrench to straighten out some of the dented metal. I used this opportunity to rewire my trailer harness since it was in plain site and i could see all the problems(preexisting). The bolts were sheared off on the driver side. The bolts on the passenger side were seized. Broke/cut the passenger bolts to get the bumper off. So anyway straightened out the bumper and remounted it with fresh bolts. The repair cost me $10.50 in bolts. My truck is back on the road. Her car was totalled and she got hauled to jail in a crackwhore drunken drugged stupor. My friend is ok now. I have some before and after shots of the damage and then the repair. I'll post them here as soon as i can.

Although i'm pissed that i move from one city to another and get reintroduced to the same scum i tried to move away from, i executed swift justice in the sweetest of ways. that's real justice baby!!! cost efficient for the culprit and the victim! ahahaha WOOOOOOOO YEAH!!!

The language is a bit off for a family based forum dont you think? And BTW.....isnt leaving the scene of an accident a crime?

OK, so a few comments.

You both left the scene of an accident.

The car that hit you could've been stolen.

You and your friend could've both suffered head trauma that may not appear until later. You could also have hidden spinal damage from whacking your head against the back of the cab or the window.

I don't think you've done yourself any service here.
too many Fords, no where near 'nuff time.

or, money.

1) Why do you "hate cops", there are several of them here?
2) Leaving the scene is a pretty bad crime in itself.
3) May I ask how this "large reptile" was disposed of, pray your not another one wreaking havoc on our ecosystem like this?

Hedz, Glad that it sounds like you're ok, and sorry to hear about the accident. But have some sense man, you could have handled that a lot better. A lot of stuff in your story doesn't add up.
a crackwhore rearended my truck going about 50mph.
I doubt it was that fast. If you actually got hit by a 4,000 lb Toyota 4Runner going 50mph, you probably wouldn't be posting on the forums any time soon, and your truck would be scrap. I'll bet her point of impact was under 20mph, although it may not feel like it.

How about a hospital, dude? I don't care if you don't have insurance or whatever, get yourself to a hospital.

Did the aquarium survive?

Your friend is an attorney that hates cops? Must not be a very good one.

I would think an attorney would have wanted to get a police report. Especially in a rear-end collision, where it is almost always the fault of the person behind, and she was obviously not competent or legally able to drive.
