$20 or scrap. Not a huge market for them anymore. You could list it on CL for $50 and some 4x4 junkie might go for it.

change the fluid if you have some lying around and paint it with some shiny cheap can paint. take before pictures on a pallet. take after pictures on pallet wrapped real well with plastic wrap. if you don't already have a big roll you can get one and a free pallet from a Sherwin Williams store in one trip. and the canned paint. i'd call before going so you can get everything at once. list on craigslist in atlanta and birmingham. And a few other major automotive parts distributor cities with those specific pictures. and make the buyer pay for shipping. Or list the product and calculate cheapest freight to farthest U.S. city with greyhound or something. i think you can do much better than 50$.

Yeah, there is still a market for the T-18 in the 4x4 market. Jeep guys love them as they are bulletproof and are great for hill climbing. I think if you clean it up as suggested, you can do a lot better than $50. Depending on what all you have and how nice it looks, you could easily get $100+ for it. It might not sell in one day, but when the right guy sees it, it will go...

And on that note, I sold an NP435 for $100 which I did not clean up. Sold it as is with caked on grease and all. The NP435 and T18 are pretty much the exact same transmission and are about equal in the 4x4 community. So there ya go!
