Frame swap?

Post by buff »

I have a nice 69 ford long box truck and was hoping some of you could tell me what rolling four wheel drive chassis it could fit on? Thanks for the help.

Best fit would be on a 67-72 4wd frame. 73-77.5 high boys are the right width but a little longer wheel base, 77.5-79 is longer plus the frame widens out another 4 inches from the back of the cab to the rear bumper, but has been done. Could also shorten the newer frame. 67-79 the cab fits no problem, except some of the 2wd had different spacing for 2 rear bolts, but an easy fix.
