my icon had move to the middle of the mts. tryed to fix but not having any luck

You cant move it once you place it. I will have to try and remember how to log in as the admin and actually delete you. Then you can place a new icon. That is the only way to fix it. . I will try and remember to look into it tonight.

Ok, I was able to delete your marker, and now you can replace it in the correct location.

thx calf. i never put it there i just seen it was in middle of no where from where it was put before along ago,, all well ..i zoomed in to right where my houes should be and hope its there later on..

Just checked the map and you arent there. So I dont know what happened, but it did not add you. Try it again! And it did not place you somewhere else this time either, because you are not on the list of members when you click "message board" at the bottom.

If you are not on the map yet, add yourself and take a look!! It is a cool tool for members to visually see others who might be in your area! You dont need to put your marker directly on your house, but drop it in the same city or town at least. Maybe use a nearby school or shopping mall or something if you dont want to give the location of your house away. Just make sure you zoom in before placing your marker or you could be hundreds of miles off.

Been a while since I bumped this to the top, so figure I would throw it up again for all the new members to add themselves. Dont forget to upload a picture or your truck so that when you click "MESSAGE BOARD" under the map, your truck is part of the bump library that is there. There is currently a pretty cool group of bumps shown there for those that haven't clicked that option...

Does your icon show up right away or is there a delay?

It should show up right away... just refresh the map a few times and it should be there. Upon checking the map, I see your marker at Walnut Grove, MS.

The website works, but can be picky with some computers or browsers from time to time as people have said previously. So just try it a few times to see if you can get it to work. It wont let you place more than one under your name, so you are safe that way. Maybe use a different browser and see if that works...
