That's a good looking old Ford. Looks like it won't need much at all.

The internet is your friend. On this site alone you could read thru WEEKS worth of information regarding these trucks. Get a comfy chair, turn on some music, grab a drink & read away!

Thanks everyone for the compliments! I have put some silicone in the windshield edges. Hopefully this will stop the leaks now. Im guessing the seal is aftermarket and doesn't fit quite as well as the original and that's what caused it too leak. I pulled up the carpet and aired out everything so it won't get any mold. Also I bought new points, Motorcraft plugs, and condenser so I'm good for the tune up this week.

I love it, really nice color combo. Congrats! You're definitely in the right place, these guys are awesome. There are going to be times when the truck tests your resolve. Don't give up; it always gets better once the problem is solved.

Or it could be old. Very old. Like 1968 old. Just something to keep in mind, you can realistically be dealing with 40 some odd year old rubber here.

Yes it could be that. I know all the other windows rubber is cracked and dreid up but surpriseingly it does not leak anywhere else. Its raining now out so I might go see if it leaks.

What should the points gap be on a truck like this one? I think the spark plugs are .35 right?

Beautiful truck! As everyone has already said, this is a great site to get information on these trucks. I've only had my truck for about 6 weeks, and these guys have helped me through an endless list of problems.

When you have a technical question, post it in one of the tech sections, and you'll get much faster responses. If you post the points/spark plug questions in the engine section of the forum you can probably expect someone to chime in quickly.
