I like my old '69 Ranger. It was decent looking when I got it 2 years ago. Lately, I have been making some improvements on it; new (1992-1996) black F-150 wheels, new black rear contour bumper, getting ready to install disc I-beams from a '77 and add power steering. One thing that would really make me 'feel' better about it is if it had A/C. Too hot here in south Arkansas not to have A/C.

I took a long drive in the Ranger today (boy was it hot when I wasn't moving!). Evidently some younger punk in a ragged out early '90s Chevy pickup wasn't 'feeling' the Ranger, 'cause as I was coming toward him on the highway, he flipped me off. I returned the gesture but with both of my hands. ...other than that loser, there were quite a few people who waved.

I love firing up the beast & taking her for a drive even if it is at 9 mpg. Stepping into that 460 just feels so good. Can't wait until I get the cam swap finished.
