We signed a purchase offer on our house the other night... http://www.homefinder.com/NY/Nunda/9995 ... -97376357d Still plenty of work to be done on other place but, I'm gaining....we should be in by late fall.....now though I have the daunting task of cleaning out my(with no new 1 to go to)shop
I've had enough and I'm not alone

NO shop, Did your wife talk you into this ? :lol: Seriously though nice looking place. You'll have plenty to do for the next 2 years between finishing up the one your working on now, building a new shop at the new house then finishing the bump. I see a few of these in your future :burp: Congratulations on the new house :thup:

I'm sure the new owner will enjoy...it's a nice quiet neighborhood.. & everyone keeps to themselves. Can't believe I've been here 18yrs and that Flag has always flown :wink:

:hmm: no it was me that talked her into going back to the homestead....and the check from the sale should help speed up the New Shop :woohoo:

Thx for all the compliments on the house....it's been a lot of fun working on the "old girl" and I always told my old lady when I was done working on it.....it's going up for sale :thup:
