We signed a purchase offer on our house the other night... http://www.homefinder.com/NY/Nunda/9995 ... -97376357d Still plenty of work to be done on other place but, I'm gaining....we should be in by late fall.....now though I have the daunting task of cleaning out my(with no new 1 to go to)shop

Seriously though nice looking place. You'll have plenty to do for the next 2 years between finishing up the one your working on now, building a new shop at the new house then finishing the bump. I see a few of these in your future

no it was me that talked her into going back to the homestead....and the check from the sale should help speed up the New Shop 
Thx for all the compliments on the house....it's been a lot of fun working on the "old girl" and I always told my old lady when I was done working on it.....it's going up for sale
