68 f100 cab question

68 f100 cab question
I am looking to replace part of the front cab corner by the firewall, the lower section of the support where the fender is bolted to is gone/cancerous. What is this called and besides cutting out from another truck - any replacement parts available anywhere/online? Thx

I believe the common name for it is the "door pillar" and I don't recall seeing any replacement panels available aftermarket.
