YaHoo keep on going My problem is finding the time between the 68 and the 55 to get one done the 68 is in its final sanding But the 55 my nephew wants something to drive when he turns of age to drive and I gave it to him and I'll pay for everything IF HE'S OUT THERE HELPING ME. Well this weekend we're out there tearing it down to send it out to soda blasting. KEEP ON TRUKIN and keep posting pictures.

My father made a "Deal" with me when I was 17 after we found a 1970 Monte Carlo SS454. The deal was I had to do ALL the work and he would pay for the parts. It took me one year to complete and he was hands off the entire time. Learned a hell of a lot about cars and won my class at Super Chevy Sunday at Ennis. I highly recommend the exercise with your nephew!

Nope! They repaired the springs, added foam, painted the frame, covered it with the material I selected, and stitched it the way I wanted for $450 cash.

Yea, Dad sold in in the mid '90s. It was number 5 off the line in Van Nuys CA production line in 1969. Fella who bought it got it in mid January 1970 in West Texas. Shame we don't have it any more.
