I agree with what you're saying. Most kids have to figure it out on their own and it won't be the Jeep's fault if something happens.

When I was a kid I drove flathead flatfenders around on a friend's family farm. To me, that's a Jeep- A go-Kart used to get from A to B offroad, just like folks use quads for today. Old flatties are great fun up to 35 MPH or so.
