Hello all, there was a Halloween car show today in my town that I went to. This was the end of a weekly cruise in that takes place at a nearby Dairy Queen during the spring, summer, and fall months of the year. The impending rain had some people stay home but it was a great turn out and it never actually did rain. People could choose to decorate their ride with a Halloween theme and hand out candy to the kids. Some even got awards for there display or car. I had a little Halloween and fall themed display in the bed of the truck. Many nice cars were there and I had a great time talking to others about them. The old girl doesn't get as much attention as some of the freshly restored hot rods but those who do come by and talk absolutely love it. One person said the truck alone made coming to the show worthwhile ( which is a huge complement when a 60's Corvette worth easily triple the truck is parked nearby). I guess some know that you cant beat a bumpside . Here's some pictures of the truck and other cars that attended.
