69 F100, 300 Carb hookup issues
I bought my son a 69 f100 with a 300 CID for his graduation present from a guy who already started restoring it. I have a single barrel carb with no linkage going from the excellerator pedel to the carb. I saved this for last before body and paint. I just need to see a picture or something showing how to hook this up. Can anyone help?

Do you have the tripod linkage or are you fibbing your own?

Under the tech section (http://www.fordification.com/tech/image ... e_6cyl.jpg) shows the entire linkage. If you want easier and fewer moving parts I think a the system from a later model dent side works. I have that setup on my 67 and I think it came off of a 74 or 75. Someone else will chime in here that knows what it takes to get it working.
