I need help! My truck wont turn off with the key
My truck is not turning off with the key. It has worked fine for years and now it's acting up. I replaced the ignition switch and the solenoid but it still has the same problem. Any Ideas?

Most likely your ign switch.

Try another solenoid. They are known for being bad right out of the box.

Well it's working fine now. I am not sure what I did though. I was going through and testing voltages and checking connections and not finding any issues, I figured I would try it again and it turned on and off at least ten times with no issues. Maybe the new solenoid was stuck or something I did tap on it. I guess only time will tell.

Haha! Works every time. Just fiddle with it enough and it'll start working. Congrats.
