I am quite a bit farther than the pictures show, I am down to the frame and installing the differentials as I rebuild them. I am trying to catch up with the photos now that I know what I am doing!
Thanks you! I am pretty proud of my progress as I do all the work myself, I am only disappointed I am not further along....

Truck looks like it was in really decent shape before you started. That should make it turn out so much nicer int he end for a lot less effort vs. what so many others have to deal with.
What color is your interior? My '70 was the dark green with a yellow body.

BTW, I'm on year 6 of restoring mine...
Thank you. I am really strong in restoration with everything BUT body work....it is so time consuming (although I must say the little damned needle bearings in manual transmissions at times result in my excessive cursing!). I decided to replace the bed with one that did not have saddle tanks, but the big deal was the Cab was almost perfect, there is one minor rust spot in the drivers side floorboard that I may cut and replace or may treat very heavily...It was a Nevada truck.
The interior was also dark green with the funky yellow paint job.....I am having a hard time finding things like the original stye belts in the same color.

Pulled the seat....floorboards and cab look great for 43 years old!
This looks easier than it really was!
Other than the excessive greasing of U-joints...pretty dang clean for the underside!
Another view!
