i just bought a 1982 subaru brat and a 1991 f250 all together for a grand sum total of $1500
flying out to colorado when the snows are done with in a couple weeks and towing the subaru back with the f250. drop shipped a couple of things to repair the f250 when i get there. selling the f250 as soon as i get back to recover some costs. the f250 has a 460 and 3 gas tanks. supposedly has 30k on a rebuilt engine. probably needs some repairs on the driveshaft. maybe a carrier bearing and ujoings and rebalancing. i'm not sure. don't even know if f250s have carrier bearings. i'll figure it out
have to replace the ignition cylinder and key on the brat, inspect brakes and probably do some front end work. i'm going to make the brat my daily driver. tired of spending $300 a month on fuel in the f100.
sold the 79 monte carlo for 4500 officially. she will be missed.
