Pics or Info on Stock FE Exhaust Manifold

Pics or Info on Stock FE Exhaust Manifold
I am looking to return my 68 Hi Boy to stock exhaustbas opposed to the headers on it now. There are some used FE manifolds on Craigslist now, but I'm not sure how to ID them. In the pics one manifold outlet is at the rear and the other is more towards the middle. Is this difference from car to truck, or maybe just driver to passenger side?http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/dak/p ... 13037.html

The passenger side manifold outlet is to the rear and the drivers is a center dump pointed twards the rear.

These are off my 68's 390. I think the driver side was originally off a 75 FE.

Where are you at Watasha? I have the original set off my 70 F250 4x4, it was bone stock so I am absolutely sure they are what came with the truck. I am going to headers and have no use for them. Basically, I am not looking at making a killing off them, so if I can help you , let me know.

Well after reading the link HIO Silver posted I can see why my truck has headers on it. Like I stated before, I'm not looking for added power but it sounds like the stock manifolds are very restrictive. Well for now I want the leaks fixed so I can at least drive it, but stock manifolds would require new exhaust or at least new pipe from where the collectors are now to the stock outlets. Decisions decisions............
