66 F100 Styleside Antenna Mount?

I have been restoring a '66 F100 Styleside but I have run into a question about the radio antenna. The notch for the antenna is on the driver's side but it's on the side of the cab just above the fender. I have seen antenna mounts on the top of the cowl, but I have never seen one on the side like this. Does anyone have any idea of where I can get the mounting hardware and antenna for this set-up?

Sometimes the dealer installed the antenna different places .
Most antennas were on the passenger side.
You could always fill the hole and mount it wherever you want.
or post a picture so we can see the problem.
