Aw, shucks. You're gonna make me blush!
I just try to document what I did so as to help someone else. I have gotten a lot of help from folks here, just trying to give back!
Hope your king pin replacement goes well. I really do recommend taking them to a shop to have the old pins pressed out and the new bushing pressed in and reamed. While a good home press could get the old out and the new in, reaming the bushings is an art and takes special equipment and training.
A shop that works on heavy trucks should be able to handle it for you.

Thinking fitting/reaming kingpins was a 'specialized' task, I contacted two driveline shops local to my office for convenience and they both referred me to my normal machine shop.. about a mile from my house. Go figure.

What's the vote on the bushings?
Nylon?
Bronze?

Go with the bronze. They are more work, and you'll have to find someone with the equipment and knowhow to install and ream them for you, but if you keep them properly greased, it will be years before you have to do them again.
Nylon? You'll be back in there in a year or two. It's 'pay me now or pay me later.'

Thanks, young lad. That's what I was thinking....just making sure. Since I'm already ordering ever other joint and bushing anyway.
