Located in Washington Park Illinois on the east side of St Louis.
One of the worst urban areas of the country. Parts of this town have gone from ghetto to ghost town to completely overgrown.
You can drive 2 or 3 blocks and not see any homes because trees etc. have completely taken over the lots.
