My son pulled the seat and gas tank out to remove the seat belts to install in my 68 a couple of months ago., That was only thing I have done.Today I installed a battery with positive cable and some fresh gas and It cranked it up. No spark. Sanded the brand new points and pumped the gas and she started up. Ran it for about ten minutes and has too much blow by. Going to do a compression test this week. I sold it with a weak cylinder 25 years ago and hoped some one replaced the engine in all this time. Dont look like it. Going to pull engine and trans any way. Over the next couple of weeks we are going to pick her to the bone. What is left I will post for sale./ Right now I am not sure how much we will use but she is giving her life for 3 others.
