I ordered the brake line kit from Black Birds Custom Trucks, and when it get's here in the next few days, I will post pics so you can see what I have to work with! :D

Update: I ordered the parts kit but was shipped the wrong components....I have sent them back and hopefully will get the correct shipment in soon so I can update this with some real progress....

Update: Finally got some parts chased down but and doing some fit up with the old eye ball. Wouldn't you know it, it is almost Elk Season here in the high country, so truck rebuilds kinda ease off the priority list for a few days! :) :D See you after Elk Season ends!

Blackbirds Customs, their website says they are getting out of the business.
Replacement parts may be difficult to get.

But from what I can see all the disc brake conversion kits are very much alike, so the installation would be about the same.
... I've got skills, ingenuity and no regard for maintaining any kind of historical preservation/authenticity...

I saw that last night as well, but they are not closing their doors completely, just internet sales. They will still have their a local business. And they say they will still support there previous customers, but you are very correct in my opinion, most conversions should have a similar flavor as this install.
