Air helper springs

Anyone using Ride Rite or Coil Rite bags on their bump. I added 2" drop coils and shackles and like the stance and ride quality but I have one weak leaf spring that causes the truck to lean. I would like to install air helper springs in back to level it out and can buy a good used set for $100. Front coil helpers are about $100 new and could add a set of those at the same time if I thought the benefit was there.
