Which drums do I have ?

Post by svslow »

Hello, I'm doing a brake job on the front axle of my 67 250 4x4. The parts store is asking of my drums are 12x2.5 or 12x2. I can't take them off and measure them because I need to use the truck to pick the parts up. I have the stock closed dana 44 in the front.

It sometimes depends on the front axle GVWR.if its your main ride your safest bet is to buy both sets and return the ones you dont use. or your going to have to pull one side off measure it put it back together and drive to the store and buy the ones you need.

I suppose I'll purchase them both.
