Have the front now on the 85' and measured so now to move it to the 67'... have a pic on my web page of the front on the 85...

Your truck is really nice. :clap: Makes me wish I had a 4wd crew cab. How much do you think this whole conversion is going to cost you?

Current:

reverse shackle kit - $500.00
Front 10" leaf & rear 12" leafs - $1750.00 or so
new 85' hangers - $300.00 or so
nerf bars - $300
roll bar - $1000 or so
99' suburban seats - $1500 or so (maybe use 95' F350s)

From my 95' F350:

EFI 460
E40D transmission possibly (C6 from my 85?)
BW1356 transfer case
power steering
seats?

Later:

front rear D60 from dynatrac - $13000 or so
front shock hoops - $399
tie rod & drag link - ?
fox shocks -8- $2000 or so
new drive shafts front & rear - ?
Weld 20x12 cheyenne wheels - $2300
toyo 40x15.5R20 tires - $2300
helwig custom sway bars - ?
vortec supercharger - $1665
460 mas air conversion kit - $1200
BW1356 clock ring - $275
trac bar - ?
flaming river tilt steering column - ?
flaming river steering shaft - ?

That's an extra zero in the price for the Dana 60, right? You meant it'll cost $1300, not $13,000. (At least I HOPE that's what you meant!!) :eek:

I dont know about that Keith, ive seen these custom brand new dana 60's go for that much, and used complete dana 60's go for 1,000

yea I 'bolded' that one. I thing he is getting front and rear axles, but thats $6500 each!!! :eek: I didn't pay that much for my whole (nice) truck!

Yep, 13k for both.. mind you that is with 5:13 gears, ARB airlockers, High pinion front axle for the 12" lift (help with driveline angle) then with disc brakes on the rear :D
