Rebuild 1967 F100 Leaf Springs "Help"

OK I'm rebuilding the leaf springs and as you can see there's spacers in between the springs that are warn out LMC doesn't show anything like this in the catalog also the clamps seem to be unique to this truck I think I can replace the clamps with more modern clamps anyone have any ideas ?

How do you install those spring clamps? I need some, but planned on making some bolt together ones.

That's a good question and I'm not sure I plane to email them looks like you have to cut a hole for the fastener lip I will keep you posted I hope to Assemble them this weekend i'm waiting on paint

Well I got one done I reused old strap it's very hard to bend the new unbent ones to the right shape I will need a Vice turned out nice

I broke all my straps taking them off. :(

I'm pretty sure that's about the only way to get it done. Tedious, but effective.
