Most want lower I want taller, need help.

I have a 70 Bump LWB. I just can't bring myself to lower it. I just cant use it lower. So I was wondering who knows how much lift a 2wd 1/2 ton needs to run 33-35 inch AT tires on 18-20 inch wheels going for a factory stock prerunner effect.

Interesting question which got me wondering. I don't know how much lift you need but I found this, http://autofab.com/i-10039233-1965-79-f ... t-kit.html . The truck pictured is a '79 with 35" tires on a 5" lift, I imagine ours would be the same.
