ANL should stand for automatic noise level.
basically it blamks out background noise so you can hear conversations batter.
is that a 23 channel or a 40 channel?

In life many men take the path of righteousness, some take the path many others follow (G.M. owners, for example), some take a more arduous path, some a simpler path. I, sir, took the PSYCO-PATH!!

Hey, if I'm not mistaken that's the exact same one that I have! Cool! I believe mine's a 23-channel. Man, I've had that thing for 15 years or more...works great.

I got a question ever heard of someone getting a traffic ticket for talking on their cb while driving? I know in Canada a cell phone talk can cost a person. $$$ and points.1970F250 wrote:im going to use it to talk to my friends when we're going places because we always end up getting separated and cant find each other. plus its free and works where cellphones dont.

re: cb
When I got my truck, before I did nything to it, I bought a new cobra 19 cb radio for it. and ant. It works great when you are in a group going somewhere to camp and cant talk on cellphone/walkie talies. I have never heard of someone getting ticket using one.
