You do have your work cut out for you but it could be worst. Like what was mentioned, try not to get overwhelmed and focus on one thing at a time. It will all be worth it when you get her finished. Document the build and keep us up to date! We all are rooting for you!

Re: Manny's 67' F-250 Highboy Restoration
Thanks y'all i am not scared to death of it know its just going to take some welding wire and some other panels....
As for progress i forgot this update the front hanger. Still pondering adding a inch or so to the hanger but first i want to mock out stock height. The driver side front hanger was hammered. Bolt obviously was turning in the hanger and egged it bad.
Mocked it to the bottom of the slot where it was original. Heavy black oxide 9/16' washer.
How i had her held up to get it right.
Welded the washers on inside and outside then welded the inside up where it was egged. So metal filled in washers added to add strength via thickness.
End results...
Need to get some new springs the old ones are hammered. Then i can get a better idea of ride height... All for now.

I had a couple sets of 16" original steel pies I have been holding back for special projects too. I think they are the best looking setup out there. Especially stuffed into larger off-road tires. I just love the look

Great to see progress. When I had to fix the elongated holes on my front spring perches, I had a friend make some inserts. But I am sure you saw that in my posts. I am so happy I built the new front cross member though, check that out and see if you like sir.

Manny, I just realized I don not have the lower shock mounts for the front axle. If you have some can you send a pic so I can see what they look like please?

Re: Manny's 67' F-250 Highboy Restoration
Here is my update from the first day the weekend when it was snowing. The bed I have is very solid but very crooked and does not have a tool box.. So....
Stripped it away gotta say the 3m pads are the best work well on air buffer.
Another tool that works well is the Harbor freight stud gun. Two years or so various projects and been happy with it.
Had to make the bump look like a porcupine
Also had to beat I mean beat the lower braces back into shape to push the bottom out.
Gotta pull more on the bump yet but go the bed side right with the cab where I'm comfortable cutting it open to do the toolbox.
More on that later.
