Has anyone either taken apart this latch and lock or found a replacement? When I got the truck painted, the guy removed it and cleaned it up but I was thinking of powder coating it so would like to take it apart to do it right.
Thanks

Re: Bed side tool box latch
I had to replace the lock on mine ('70) due to a lost key by previous owner. It's not hard to break down the whole assembly.
I was going to paint mine but decided to leave it to match the truck's "patina"!
i replaced the lock with a Dee Zee DZTBLOCK1
Searching for info on that latch is how I came across this forum!
