I re-wired/installed new wiring kit harness. The system works flawlessly, expect for REAR PASSENGER BLINKER.
The flashers work, and taillights work when lights/headlights on are
Doublechecked all fuses and all fuses are working
Why would the flashers work, but the signal/blinker, not?
What did I do wrong?
See below chart

Driver Rear +

Passeger Rear - Does not blink

Any advice?
Thanks!

Does your right brake light work ?
I'd look in or around the turn signal switch.

The brake lights work. The right/passenger back up light does not.... Notice sure if that is related.cep62 wrote:Does your right brake light work ?

Unless anyone else has ideas I guess I will need to pull the turn signal harness/switch from steering wheel and test or just replace

Just for grins , make sure you have a good ground to the light.idahiboy wrote: The right/passenger back up light does not...
I like to use a long jumper wire to the battery ground to make sure.
The power from the brake switch goes up the steering column , through the t s switch , then to the brake lights.
pull the t s lever with your foot on the brake and the light should go out.
If it does , I would pull the wheel and clean the switch with electronic cleaner and see what it looks like in there.

Thanks for the information..... That is good advice..... Will try it this next week, will probably just need to pull turn signal regardless and troubleshoot.cep62 wrote:Just for grins , make sure you have a good ground to the light.idahiboy wrote: The right/passenger back up light does not...

UPDATE
it was a bad signal switch.... Tried to clean it up and see what the issue was but 50+ yr old brittle wires just wasn't worth it, so put in new one.
All good now!
Thanks people for suggestions
