Thx Paul... the stuff I sprayed before this picture is
https://www.dominionsureseal.com/produc ... -bedliner/

It goes on nice and it's thick but, it dry's smooth :hmm: so I recoated over top of that with
https://www.rustoleum.com/product-catal ... ing-spray/

I'm happy I did it... it seems a little thinner but, the end result is more gritty :D

Looking good Jerry, specially the hood!
Paint was the one main thing I needed to finish BC #16 that never got done, (by the way a guy named Todd from New York drove down to Tn and bought it from me when I sold it-keep an eye out for my old tan 71' DRW with aluminum flat bed up there).

You did put me in your "new" last will and testament, (as the truck owner) when you pass right hee hee?!

Many Ford bumps / one 76' EB / and several dents through the years.
A lot of "oddball" Ford parts collected from working on them for 34 years now!

I haven't seen them yet but, apparently they were able to take those cad drawings and make them flat, so the machine cut them out profiled and marked where they needed to be bent :hmm: go figure.... I know I couldn't fab 'm

Looking good Jerry! As for the seats, I stripped mine down to the bare frame, blasted every square inch and coated them with Rust Encapsulator and Eastwood Gloss Chassis Black. Rebuilt the slides and made sure everything worked freely. In hindsight I could of bought new slides from CJ Pony and had new ones but it was a fun project. My plan was to get '68 Sport foam from TMI for added bolster support. Local upholstery shop quoted me $150 ea installed for new upholstery.

:hi: :hmm: Sure has been awhile  Pic's coming soon...working on a complete(never undo again  ) front clip, cab& door assembly. Mocked up my door poppers & electric window unit. Inside of doors are painted, new rubbers, all new felt & fuzzy window treatment, rebuilt wing windows. May not be the proper direction but, it's a direction towards a finish :woohoo: My goal is to be able to let it be outside and sealed while I accomplish other goals...like my box that's strapped against the wall. I have a wife still  not a happy one  but, she's trying to understand. Man hours are a hard commodity for these projects  and it's taken a lot of late nights & wknds to accomplice my leaps & bounds.
