Hitch with chrome bumper and spare tire 70 Ranger

I have been searching a lot, but have not come upon a definitive answer or have not seen in person a hitch that would allow me to retain the underbed spare tire, without major modification.
There are a lot that fit, I just dont want to lose that spere where it is.

The 73-87 chevy truck has the same frame width as ours
The Hidden Hitch brand actually one listed for the chevies And 67-72 Fords.
I had one on my truck with the sport bumper ,I never had a spare tire but I believe there's room.
The receiver had enough room for a step bumper too.

Would you happen to have a link to this hitch? When I google Hidden Hitch, it sent me to the Draw-Tite website, and they don't a "hidden" type hitch for our trucks... At least not one that I could find.
