Marti report T85

Well a Christmas gift Marti report says my 68 Ranger came with a T85 overdrive. Well as long as I've owned it (1985) it has been toploader 3 speed. It got updated with a 76 or 78 model 3 speed when I did a number on the second gear and had to replace the whole transmission. What little I know about them is my uncle had one in his truck and I recall it was speed dependent making it kinda complicated or as I thought as a teenager. No intention of locating one as there are too many options today for overdrive. Just wasn't expecting this surprise. Seems there were lots sold that way for economy reasons.
