Door jamb switch pins

Post by Bob 2+2 »

Hi, I'm working on my 71 door courtesy light switches. Both door jamb switches are missing and the wires have been cut on the drivers side. It's really hard to find old bumps in the junk yards here in Northern Ohio so I've ordered the switch parts but I'm gonna have to make up the pins to fit into the connectors. Does anyone know a part # for the male and female pins and where to buy them. I've looked on line and was surprised at how many different types and sizes there are. Also if anybody out there has a better idea for these switches I'd love to hear it.

I believe the plug -in pins are Molex gauge pins. Look on Amazon or ebay with that title.

You can use Mustang pin switches, which are readily available. NPD has them as well.
