re: mount progress
do u know what goes into getting a truck like yours (single cab) on the ground and body dropped with a stock frame. well, what started as one. the obvious i-beam front brackets, notch, air ride, rear bridge, 2 3 or 4 linke (really 3 or 4 or 5 ) but what has to be notched up front, cut, shortened, slip yoke drive shaft?

To body dropp a F100 on the stock frame,I would Z the front frame section so this will put your frame on the ground and then to get your body to lay you would either have to cut into your cabs floor for the frame to come out into to your cab or you can get some pieces of 2x4x1/4 metal and weld it to your stock frame and cut the excess metal from the top of your stock frame witch will give you enough room to lower your cab without having to cut you cab floor. Check out the pictures for more detail.

I will be done with the motor and trans mount this weekend then after that is set I will trailer the frame to my friends shop for the final welding with his heavy duty welder. The assembly of the cab and front clip will follow, then I will need to extend 40 wires from the EFI computer and also the steering linkage will have to be done. It never ends but some day I will be hitting some shows.
