showfest is going to rock!
The IF crew was supposed to leave tuesday at 6pm but ended up leaving at midnight, it was a long day trying to get to customer trucks done before they could leave.
Hey layedout my grill is still stock looking right now but it's funny that I don't have any shot's of the fron't grill like if I was trying to hide something.

it looks amazing marz, but can u explain the body mount situation, how u line them up and all? because thats where im lost. i know you went from a 6 inch tall frame, to a 3 inch tall frame. how did u drop the mounts and all? My buddy was trying to explain it, but we were all drunk and well...i dont remember lmao.
if u dont mind of course.

Thank's layedout.
I think it's harder to explain it than it is to do it but here I go.
You will have to measure your stock frame to get the with and the distance from the front to rear mount's, then to get the height what I did was to tack 2 square bars under the frame, these bars will support the weight of the cab so that the bottom of the cab can sit level with the bottom of the frame wich means that if you lay out your frame you will also be laying out your doors .
After that was done I made a cardboard template of the mount and trnsferd it to a 1/4" plate, remember to take into consideration the thickness of the rubber mount plus I gave it 3/8 more to have some adjustment if I need it cause it's essayer to shim the mount than it is to cut a weld it again.
Hope this makes cense
