I was born 77 and my truck 69. That is 8 years and she is still a beaut.
1969 Ford F-100. 302 4 barrel, C4 auto, 9in 3.50 open rear, headers, power steering, Turq/wht, Under restoration. In other words, in a million pieces!!!
There is no Replacement for Displacment!!!

My dads 71 was 18 when I was born in 89. Its weird to think it was 18 when I was born. I drive a 72.

Interesting. For the most part we're either teenagers, or thirty-some-things. I'm surprised so many younger folk are willing to be seen in old trucks. My buddy drove a '59 Willy's wagon in Highschool, back in the late eighties. It was the only old vehicle and one of only 3 or 4 trucks in the school lot. Of course I did grow up in kinda snobby suburb. My buddy and I were not among the more well off kids in town.

I have my 71 beat by 9 years. I was born the last day of 61. The whole world parties on my birthday.
