Is that just the regular flat red? I am planning on going with the carnival red pearl flat, it has a nice glow to it.
67 F100 sc/sb 07 Crown Vic IFS, 94 Lincoln Mark 8 IRS, isuzu 3.9L diesel w/ HY35 & HX 52 compound turbos and 370cc custom injection pump,T56 6spd trans, 18" 07 dodge magnumm wheels, old air products A/C (for a 66 mustang LOL). 32 mpg's so far, around town

yes carcrafter, its called hotrod flat red, its a urathan based paint.

I like how it looks with both sets of rims.

Hey does the paint come ready to spray or is there something you have to do to it first?

How wide are those wheels? The stock wheels are 5", right?

hey Marz!!

the paint comes with the activater and hardner and you mix per included instructions :thup:

91bear,

the rear steelies are 10'' wide with a 275/60 on'em :thup:

Hey TD got a question on the Hot Rod Flatz...

Since it is verathane base with a hardener, there isn't any savin' some for later right???
I wuz hopin' to get a coat of paint on the interior.
Do you think it could be thinned and brushed or rolled on like oil based alkyds like Rustolium???
I have heard that flat oil based floor paint, will work like Rustolium, and it is already flattened

ezernut,

the wheels are 4 3/4 backspacing, i bought them and was on my way home with them when i relized i hadn't even thought about the back spacing on them, with my truck being as low as it is i new if the bs wasn't right they'd never fit under it with big tires on them, but i got lucky and they were perfect!

sorry kapt, i dont know all that much on paints so i wont be any help to you on that one :cry:
