It is served with an amazing brown gravy that is topped with fried crunchy onions. A side of pan fried potatoes as well. That is an amazing power packed meal...the serving size is the size of the plate, huge!
Well, you do know that the German immigrants to Texas are responsible for the creation of the Chicken Fried Steak, right?

What I will always come back to.......and I have had amazing foods....is a simple steak, charcoal grilled, seasoned with salt and pepper. Potatoes, and onions, and green peppers, and mushrooms all fried together on grill.

Just like our, trucks simple is better.

Beef liver fried with onions, skillet fried taters, corn on the cob and miner's salad washed down with ice tea. Follow that with coffee and blackberry pie. :D

I'll eat myself into immobility.

Everything. All manners of German food, lots of Lebanese, Italian (or Americanized Italian), and especially Mexican especially good authentic destroy-your-mouth fiery hot enchiladas and burritos. Taco truck food is GOOD. At the same time, I could probably eat hamburgers and french fries every day of my life (which would be very short.)

Seafood, mostly shrimp, fixed any way. Eastern North Carolina BBQ. And I second (or third or fifth) the venison backstrap. mmmmmm. Sweet potatoes. Anything spicy hot. Man... I can't name just one favorite food.... and I'm getting hungry from writing this.

Gotta be the BBQ ribs...and not those tiny baby back...gotta be the full size ribs...just like how I like full size beds on a truck. My favorite snack is pickled bologne, crackers, and cheese.

My favorite food was from the Chinese cuisine. The tastiest food and it has good recipe that can easily find the ingredient. I tried to cook this at home and I got a similarity.
