72 trucks did have the correct disc brake brackets put on them after mid 1971 after serial number M00,001 i think. that is when the steerign linkage and pitman arm was changed. so it must be when the disc brake line bracket was started to be used too.

WHEN Loading the chassis up on the truck for Ford Carlisle noticed the bracket for front brake hose has been altered, what they did was turned it upside down since I cleaned the frame and now you can see where it was with cut marks so it something you have to stare at severl times to get the whole picture

1968 swb hydroboost, ididit tilt column, Saginaw p/s pump with F series serpentine, all led lights, Vintage Air and painless wiring. 393w, tko600. CV front suspension w/c5 calipers and gt500 rotors. Stock Flexomatic leaf springs with 01 CV 8.8, 3.90 gears and Auburn locker. Custom wood bed floor. Full frame off resto-mod.

IIRC, the DSO was two digits. If the truck was a special order from a customer, the DSO was then changed to the order #. That could be the reason for the odd #. . .
