Thats a 350. The late 90's vortec engines were some of the best GM ever produced. Lots of power & halfway descent fuel economy. :thup:

Hazel those are F650's and up, most usauly have an utility bed or tow bed on them. i have seen a few used as Yard Dogs for trucking and manefacturing/shipping companies. I can't vouch for the Crew Cab being production but it is more than likely as they do have single cab and extended cab versions.

I beleive these all start life as Cab & Chasis (C&C) trucks. ad as for the big international Somebody has to replace hummer right? that is one curiosity i have now, Will There still be military hummers built, or will they swap out to iether international or Ford for the humve replacement? or even just go back to jeeps?

The 650 and up crews are production. They are used mostly in fire apparatus and tow trucks

Yup, one of the local wrecker services here in town has one. Its a rollback wrecker & it looks pretty darn beefy :thup:

I drove a 650 rollback about a year ago. 4 people in comfort, a Lincoln on the deck and an F250 on the wheel lift. No problem. :thup:

yeah the 650 rollback i drove was just an extended cab, but it was still pretty nice.
