Spent yesterday and today so far making a bracket to mount an industrial prox on a 6bt or 4bt cummins timing gear cover to drive an aftermarket tach only to find out that my prox won't change staes fast enough when the OEM index slot on the balancer go by. PITA...

In other news I have a Polaris 4 wheeler than needs new front A arms fabbed because it got squashed by a tractor. Bigger PITA

Plus I get to work the next four nights, 7pm-7am.

Drove my '72 to Canyon today to go to class. It's a twice a week thing. I'm a Junior Social Work major :D . I love the looks I get driving down I27 in it. Later today I'll conduct a youth group meeting with my Senior High group. SHould be a pretty uneventful day. But I at least got to drive my truck for a while. :woohoo:

Man guys, I couldnt even begin to respond to everyones stuff lol. Im sorry for your loss my friend, my aunt died around 2 weeks ago. But being only 22 and having already lost so many people, Ive grown to a point where I dont really morn thier death, but instead celebrate thier life, because I know they are In such a wonderful place now....................................

I got me a 4 wheeler today for 50 bucks!!!!! Its a Suzuki 125. I was pretty darned pleased with myself. BRutus, I feel your pain brother, I too know the pain of broken head studs lol. Venado, I get some mighty strange looks myself rolling up to campus in the '69. Not many college students (hmm hmm...... Girls) like the look of it. HOWEVER!!!! Yesterday, either the truck, or my dashing good looks, or both caught the attention of Miss Teen Louisiana and now we are going to the movies saturday. When she said yes I pretty much shat myself.

It would appear that we all seemed to have had pretty good fortune as of late. Sorry to hear of your father, lost mine last year in September.
He never got to see the bump, never got past 65. Miss him but glad he no longer has to suffer. Remeber my time at drivers ed. In Michigan, Chrysler K Car, in November with snow. Just like my convt. Tin little buckets.. Got some more trim and parts for my bump, brakes still don't work yet, little ones helping me tomorrow on that. Oldest daughters fiance, did ask me to marry her. Was quite impressed, not many kids do that anymore..One in Cali, another story...Skip it .., had good time with all at our house Saturday night, had cars parked side by side all the way to house from the barn. Probably could have had a few less cold ones, felt little left over Sunday, puttin siding on inlaws house. Wife was a little testy shall we say, had to have the talk last night, got a little heated for a while, but all ended well. We're still married for now... So things are looking good up here in the North, frosted couple times, no snow yet tho. Have the same fire at my house several times a year. Wifes dad ask if I was closin the Incinerater the other day, told her he hoped not, couldn't afford to make so many trips to the land fill, LMAO... Think, I ought to start charging people, Burn everthing one day and two days later another pile shows up in its place. Thinks the wifes selling my services for burning stuff. Marine Corps teaches you some really cool stuff. Hope everyone else is doing as well, keep your heads up. Easier to breathe when the crap starts flying... :fr:
