Truck was a 71? F100 4x2 long bed that was purple and white. The only thing it had going for it was Minnesota Vikings decals and the colors. In the bump era the Vikings were kicking arse and taking names. A bunch of dealers got together and got Ford to offer a Vikings package to capitalize on the team's success. The truck was kinda rough with rust showing in all the usual places. The inside of the bed showed it had worked hard most of it's life. Guy who had it thought it was his retirement fund. Minimum bid was something like $800,000.00 and yes the decimal is in the right place.

wow i know where there are a handful of those with better everything for 400.00 and up. Also is a decent or perfect running 302 so rare? seems to me that in the early 80's over 80% of fords had a 302 or the destroked 255 version of it.
