I think the transmissions always look better in a contrasting color. I would paint it aluminum. Or bead blast it and then clear it so it won't stain.

Your bumper looks great on your 69 f100 (as does the rest of the truck). I swear I've never found a decent bumper in all the pic in pulls i've been to.

yeah, i got lucky on that one. That is the bumper that came with the truck when i bought it.

okay, updated with a couple more pics. I got the rear tank installed on the frame and started cleaning up the transmission. I am going to give it a coat of paint before installing it.

hey big d, did your truck come with stock 302/c4 combo or did you put that on there...because thats what i want to do you mine...how does that setup work for you??any problems??

when i bough the truck, it had the 360/c6. Also, next week i am on vacation and my boys will be in town, so we will be building the engine and putting it and the transmission in the truck. :D

couple more pics from last weeks work. I got the engine in but still need to do some assembly on it and also got the new bench seat in the truck also.
