Cool Weddo!. You are right, the tail lights route through the turn signal switch, so it must be installed before you get those working. :thup:

Looking great!! I will be diving into putting my truck completely back together here soon as well and I can see myself in the very near future sitting right where you are doing your wiring in that picture. Only my version has a ton more spaghetti with a brand new wiring kit and some crazy back pain from sitting on the floorboard for lengths of time. :lol: Either way, your updates are giving me lots of motivation to get going and once I figure out a good gameplan on how to put everything back together (and once I have all the parts in hand), I will be back at it!

My recommendation is to get a good light weight soldering iron with LED lights. Mine cost $20 and was well worth it. I did as much as I could sitting at the dining table and only did minor soldering in the truck.

It's the only way to go if you are considering this. I put it in there and ran it with points and it worked great. Changes out the points and installed a pertronix II and it still works great! :woohoo:
