FYI: I use the eagle one on weekends and patriotic holidays. The Red Skull Helmet is my everyday of the week one. :P

John, just don't do something foolish and buy a Sluggo brand special!

a brazing tip on oxy/acy and the old time baling wire can make a good sheet metal weld. also jetweld 3/32 and low temp setting w/ arc welder- be patient and don't try to do the whole thing in one run- tack some - let cool-repeat-farmboy technology-jd

What about wire coat hangers for brazing rods. Pop rivets and JB weld make a half-ass bond. I can't think of any other "Mickey Mouse" or "African Engineering" Methods...

WoW what a setup!

I'll bet you could weld a super tanker or a bridge with that baby!

Yeah I'm strongly considering a Miller for a Plasma cutter...

It's between a Miller and of course a Lincoln.

If any of you newbie welders out there want, I have a Haynes pdf welding manual. If I zip it up I may be able to email it. If not then I can burn it to cd and ship em off for a couple bucks to cover the cd and mailing costs. Maybe Keith would be interested in posting it on the site in the tech articles somewhere.

I have gotten very good at my FREE Lincoln 110V, non-gas wirefeed welder. Sure its not a Cadillac, but it was free... can't get a better deal than that!

PM me if interested.
