Thats why when they tried to get us on the metric system period but especialy for fuel pumps we fought like hell, ?I say we and mean the people around when this happened.

I remember my grandfather telling me about the couple of stations, I think he said chevron, Treid to sell the litre as if it was 2 or more u.s gallons. Until everyone called shinanigans.

still hovering around 3 bucks a gal here. Not so bad in retrospect.

My wife says I have so much gas that if we could figure a way to use it in the 68 we'd never have to buy anymore for it. :lol:

$2.79 here in SW Mo but I pay closer attention to diesel since here in the next few weeks is what im getting and its $3.03.................hmmm maby I don't want one now :lol:
